TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Terms & Agreement:

These terms and conditions of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the content writing services (“Service”) provided by Wey2Creative Ltd. (“Company”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read these terms carefully and ensure you understand them completely before using our Service. You must be 18 years or older to use our Service.

2. Service:

The Company provides content writing services, including but not limited to, article writing, blog writing, social media copywriting, technical writing, SEO writing, and other related services. The Company does not guarantee any specific result from use of the Service.

3. Fees & Payment:

Customer shall pay all fees as specified on the order form. All payment obligations are non-cancelable and all amounts paid are non-refundable. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information to the Company.

4. Copyright & Ownership:

Upon full payment of the agreed fee, the Company grants the Client exclusive and unlimited usage and reproduction rights to the copy. The Company retains personal rights to use completed projects for the purpose of the Company’s portfolio and for promotional use.

5. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information received from the other party, confidential and secure. Neither party will use the other’s confidential information for any purpose other than the performance of the Services, or disclose the other party’s confidential information to any other person.

6. Liability:

The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising out of your use of the Service. Your sole and exclusive right and remedy in case of dissatisfaction with the Service shall be your termination and discontinuation of access to or use of the Service.

7. Amendments:

The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination:

The Company may terminate your access to the Service, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
